Joanna Aggelakos

FOUNDER & OWNER

 

Joanna founded Caleza, LLC in 2009 after recognizing a need for consistent quality construction and relocation management services within the commercial real estate industry. She focuses on delivering outsourced tenant improvement and capital improvement construction services to commercial property owners throughout the southeast. In addition, Joanna manages Caleza's relocation services.

Clients of all sizes, from real estate investment companies, federal government agencies, fortune 500 clients, commercial tenants, medical practices, educational institutions to small business owners, come to rely on Joanna for her assistance in completing their commercial construction and relocation projects. She has extensive experience managing complex projects for her clients and is known for her ability to deliver on-time and on-budget.

Prior to founding Caleza, LLC, Joanna held various positions within the commercial construction, general contracting and corporate facilities industries over the last 15 years. She has been recognized by her peers for her outstanding performance and commitment to her clients while working at Colonial Properties Trust.

Away from the office, Joanna can be found spending time with her four grandchildren. She is also an avid traveler, from touring vineyards in Napa Valley, lazy afternoons at the beach in Destin, Florida to relaxing afternoons at a spa. She is also fond of cuddling up on the couch in the evening with her rescue dog, Milo. Of course, all of these activities wouldn't be complete without the company of her loving husband.

Relocation of an inner city charter school. Multiple phase relocation took five weeks due to multiple locations being consolidated into a single facility. This relocation took place during the school year making it critical to keep the client operational throughout the move.
