Rob is a construction manager for Caleza, LLC with a focus on providing outsourced tenant improvement and capital improvement services to properties within Caleza's largest client portfolio. Additionally, Rob fulfills on-demand facilities requests for Caleza's FEMA and CDC clients.

Rob has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2008 and brings a strong background in building systems and property management to Caleza's clients. He has experience managing multiple commercial real estate construction projects for commercial building owners, government agencies and fortune 1000 tenants.

Outside of work Rob likes to spend time with his wife and four children. When he's not playing with the kids on their terms, he enjoys taking them to the coast where they like to go salt water fishing. Rob also has a technical side and likes to spend time with his homemade flight simulator.
