Caleza will begin by assigning a relocation manager to your project that will be responsible for every aspect of your move. Our relocation manager will conduct a thorough site assessment to determine your specific needs and take a general inventory of the contents of your space. This will help us develop an RFP (Request for Proposal) that will be submitted to pre-approved moving vendors. We manage the vendor bid and selection process and develop a project timeline to meet your target move-in date. Once the move has begun our relocation manager will be on site throughout the entire relocation process to manage all vendor activities. This includes the coordination of all vendor schedules, move logistics, installations and final punch list resolution.
