John Peeples

SR. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

 

John is a senior construction manager for Caleza, LLC and responsible for managing and delivering outsourced tenant and capital improvement services to Caleza's clients throughout Georgia and the southeast.

Clients of all types look to John and his experience for their construction needs. He is trusted for his experience managing complex and difficult projects for clients from medical practices, commercial real estate owners, and fortune 500 tenants to federal government agencies. John is known for his unique mix of tenant improvement and ground up construction experience.

Prior to joining Caleza, John spent seventeen years with TPA Realty Services, LLC as Director of Construction Services where he focused on managing construction of "Class A" office and business facilities. He was also responsible for providing tenant improvement services for over five million square feet of rentable space. John holds a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Georgia.

The single most important priority in John's life is his family, including his daughter and son who actively compete in rodeos across the country. John's love of the equestrian lifestyle has spanned his entire life. He enjoys speaking at local schools and charities where he shares his love of horses with others. John lives in Atlanta with his wife, daughter, son and two horses, Bingo and Dunny.
